Karen Mack

founder & Principal consultant

Twenty years of Naval service taught me one thing above all else: precision is not a preference — it is a requirement. That same standard now guides every home I touch across Jacksonville and Northeast Florida. I am Karen Mack — retired Navy veteran, organizing consultant, and the person clients call when they need it done right the first time.

As a Navy veteran and Navy spouse, I know this transition intimately. The new house that doesn't yet feel like home. The move that was managed perfectly — until you walked through the door. I built the systems that changed that for my own family. Now I build them for yours.

I know what it costs to carry a home that isn't working. When you hire me, that weight isn't eased — it is removed. You don't manage the process. You walk into the result.

My work begins where most organizing ends: not at the surface, but at the structure beneath it. Every engagement is handled with discretion, built around how you actually live, and designed to hold long after I've left.

A limited number of clients are accepted each month. When you're ready for your home to finally feel like one — I'm ready to build it.

Our Core Values

The Standard Behind Every Engagement

precision

Order is not approximated. Every system is engineered to an exact standard — built for the way you live, designed to hold through every season.

discipline

Twenty years of service established a standard that does not waver. It shows up in every engagement, every decision, and every space I leave behind.

intentionality

Nothing is placed without purpose. Every choice is deliberate — because your home deserves nothing less.

"The dedication and care she brings to her work are qualities that stand out. If I weren't an organizer myself, I would absolutely hire her."

— Jamille H., Professional Organizer

Service Beyond the Home

My commitment to service did not end with active duty. Those same values continue to drive the work I do today.

As a graduate of Operation New Uniform's Cohort 67, I continue to support veterans and military spouses as they navigate life's next chapter. A portion of every project I accept is directed back toward that mission — so the work we do together extends far beyond your front door.
